Our picture shows David Dodd presenting a cheque for £20,000 to O’s Chief Executive Officer Danny Macklin before the game v Boreham Wood. The donation is to cover the cost of an upgrade to the West Stand home dressing rooms, LOSC’s latest supporting project. Looking on are some of the LOSC committee who managed to squeeze behind the bar to join in the presentation. In accepting the cheque Danny expressed his thanks on behalf of the Board to the Supporters Club for the on going assistance given to Leyton Orient FC.
The next project that LOSC will fund is the fitting of handrails to the stairways of the West Stand, work on which has already commenced.
David thanked the members present in the club and the wider LOSC membership for their support and for making these donations to the O’s possible.
